A Fully Supported Experience at The Calming Corner

All Materials Provided

We take the guesswork out of preparation — all materials are provided in class, so your child just needs to bring themselves, ready to learn, relax, and grow.

A Welcoming Environment

Each child receives a Calming Corner T-shirt to wear during every class, a special reminder that they belong to a caring community of kids focused on calm, centered, and connected.

Take-Home Tools for Growth

Every session includes a hands-on craft and positive affirmations your child can take home -reinforcing emotional learning throughout the week

Mindfulness Meditation

Our classes are based on 60 minutes of fun-filled interactive crafts, positive affirmations, and games! Kids have a great time learning and everyone walks away with a new skill to use within their life and a little bit more knowledge about who they are as an individual. This is how each class and lesson plan is structured:

Storytime Yoga

Our Storytime Yoga classes expand on engaging stories that encourage mindfulness, concentration, and listening skills. Each story is paired with easy-to-follow yoga poses, ensuring a fun and interactive experience for children.

June Promotion: Book our 4-week Program

Classes run on June 7, 14, 21, and 28 and the program is $50 for all four sessions— one each Saturday.
Drop-ins are welcomed!

Our Neuroscience Approach

At The Calming Corner, our program is built on a science-backed understanding of how children’s brains develop and respond to stress, emotion, and mindfulness.

Our sessions combine evidence-based strategies such as:

  • Guided meditation to activate calm and focus

  • Positive affirmations to rewire thought patterns

  • Visualization to reduce anxiety and build self-belief

  • Creative play to reinforce emotional learning through interactive activities
